Finance Intern will be responsible for supporting all aspects of Accounts Payable, Payroll and Accounting including but not limited to:

• Inputting and processing of invoices
• Data entry
• Working closely with field offices
• Receiving and handling of incoming calls from individual vendors
• Distribution of checks (AP and Payroll)
• Maintenance of filing
• Assistance in monthly closings
• Archiving

Qualifications:

• Office experience preferred
• Associates degree or currently enrolled in an accounting degree program preferred
• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office products

Work is in person at our Framingham headquarters. Pay will be hourly, paid weekly.
