We are looking for your extraordinary Accounts Payable skills. Our client is a leading growth-focused company in the resourcing and manufacturing industry, offering a dynamic work environment and an exciting true career path.

You will report to the Accounting Manager and have opportunity for career growth and quick advancement within this high energy department.

This position is offered on a temporary to permanent basis, based in the CBD and is for an immediate start. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team, with a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Please note you must be located in Perth to be considered for this role and be immediately available for work.

The Role

Your primary responsibility is to handle and manager relationships with the company's suppliers.

Responsibilities include:
  • Attend and resolve supplier calls and account enquiries.
  • Process three-way match Purchase Order invoice matching.
  • Perform supplier account reconciliation (strong excel skills are a must.)
  • Ensure agreed supplier payment terms are respected.
  • Publish remittance advice.
  • Run scheduled reports.
  • Other duties as required by AP Coordinator and AP Manager.


Your Skills & Experience
  • Experience in an A/P role spanning at least two years.
  • Experience using Pronto (not essential)
  • Special client focus to provide excellent service to business partners.
  • Strong communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with a variety of suppliers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills.


About You

You are highly organised, detail oriented, and have a sense of urgency to complete tasks promptly but accurately. You have strong communication, customer service and social skills, especially with contacts from both technical and financial backgrounds. You have the initiative and creative flair to offer innovative solutions to improve the AP function.
