We are looking for an experienced Finance Analyst that can deliver high quality financial information to senior management, stakeholders and directors. You will play a vital role in the company's decision-making process, business partnering and assist in both driving performance & finding improvements to existing processes of the business.

Description
The Finance Analyst will:
- Be responsible for the production and delivery of monthly accounts and supporting papers
- Play a key role in supporting the delivery of our annual audit
- Be responsible for the monthly company forecast, and liaising with Group on matters arising
- Develop, streamline and enhance financial management and reporting processes
- Provide timely and robust financial analysis
- Assist managers with the annual budgeting process and consolidate the company budget picture
- Ensure internal controls and systems are effective and efficient, reviewing current systems to determine areas of continual improvement
- Will determine appropriate accounting treatment for new contract sales.
- Participate in billing and Cost Recognition
Profile
The successful Finance Analyst will be:
- A newly qualified finance professional (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)
- Commercially minded
- Driven
- Attention to detail
- Keen to learn & develop
SAP experience would be advantageous, but is not essential
Job Offer
On offer for the successful Finance Analyst is:
- Great financial package, including a £52.5k base salary & 2 bonuses, based on individual KPIs & company performance
- Hybrid working pattern - 3 days in the Milton Keynes office, 2 days at home (chosen at your own discretion)
- On site gym
- Flexible working hours - choose the time you start so you can finish earlier (except in month end, 9am-5pm)
