Your new role
As Credit Controller you will be responsible for processing high value sales receipts, involving detailed reconciliations to allocate on the finance system. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines is essential, as is the ability to build strong relationships both internally and with external customers. Debt recovery will involve working with Local Authorities, for that reason this role will work closely with the Finance Business Partner and Billing Officer to create an effective income function, with swift query resolution.

What you'll need to succeed

• Significant experience in credit control
• Excellent communication skills including relationship management
• Evidence of working to tight deadlines and the ability to self-manage
