Your new role

Day to day management of the accounts receivable, payable and sundry debtor functions
Management of the income allocation
Working on the Sales and Purchase Ledger
Assist with the implementation of any changes in the accounts receivable and payable function.
Chase any outstanding invoices
Maintenance of customer and supplier master files
Monitor compliance with the Financial Management and Procedural rules
Complete balance sheet reconciliations (4 a month)
Monitor and reconcile suspense accounts
CIS submissions and payments
Assist with income collection and updating the Finance System

What you'll need to succeed

Some knowledge of Accounts (AAT or experience)
Some experience within Accounts e.g (Sales or Purchase Ledger, Finance Administrator, Uni Placements)
Team player
