Company: A Hong Kong listed retail group with business in Hong Kong & China

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the financial, accounting and operations control for the group
• Provide strategic financial and business advice to the management for the group’s development
• Lead finance, internal control, company secretary and administration teams
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecast, investment, investor relationship, merger and acquisitions plans and activities
• Inventory and procurement management control to improve operating cashflow

Requirements:

• 10+ years in a senior finance position in Hong Kong listed companies; retail or FMCG industries are preferred
• A Certified Accountant; previous audit and accounting experience in big four accounting firms is preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluent in Chinese and English
