1. Maintaining client's books of accounts by recording bank and credit card statements in QB Desktop, QBO, and Xero.
2. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
3. Assist in the preparation of Canadian/US corporate and personal income tax returns.
4. Calculate and prepare GST/HST, payroll, and other government remittances.
5. Preparing client correspondence (i.e., email, letters, and memos).
6. Assisting with other administrative functions as required.
7. Any other related tasks assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

ACCA, CA, CMA, CPA (Certified or Finalist) / B. Com / M. Com / MBA Accounting/ Finance Knowledge of accounting software like Quick Book, Xero, Cantax, CaseWare, TaxPrep is a plus.
