A great permanent opportunity for a fill time Accounts Assistant - Banking role based in Alderley Edge with the option of working from home one day a week.

Description
The duties include:
- Processing bank postings for all bank accounts for c140 companies accurately and in a timely manner
- Processing all bank transaction on sage and reconciling balances
- Posting credit card transaction accurately and reconciling to statements
- Reconciling all bank accounts daily/weekly as required
- Ensuring bank payments are made on time and accurately
- Dealing with payment/bank accounts queries
- Processing quarterly bank payments
- Providing information and support to other departments in the business, as required
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience working in a similar role - Essential
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment - Essential
- Have experience using Sage - Desirable
- Have excellent communication and organisation skills - Essential
Job Offer
