About the Senior Contract Billing Specialist role:

Primary responsibilities for the Senior Contract Billing Specialist role:
- Full ownership of reviewing all customer contracts for accurate invoicing
- Partnership with operations team to resolve any discrepancies in payments and revenue and initiate refunds
- Reconcile accruals, revenue and deposits
- Ownership of a high volume of accounts receivables

Ideal skills and experience required for Senior Contract Billing Specialist applicants:
- BS in accounting highly preferred
- High level understanding of GAAP standards and ability to resolve issues as they arise
- 5+ years experience in general accounting and/or contract billing
- Experience with complex reconciliations
- Netsuite experience is a plus!
- Strong understanding of recurring and non-recurring revenue
