Global engineering consulting firm on the lookout for Assistant Accountant (Project) to join the team in Melbourne
Newly created opportunity for an Assistant Accountant (Project) to join one of the world's leading Engineering consulting firms. This is a 3 month temporary assignment, starting as soon as possible.
In this role you will work closely with Project Managers and Project Finance Specialists to support them in delivering financially successful projects. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring all projects in the ERP are up to date, raising invoices, preparing purchase orders and reconciling overall project payables and receivables. Additionally, you will be running reports on the system and interpret information to support project management and commercial decisions.
To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in accounts administration, good excel skills and be proficient working with ERP systems. Additionally, you will have strong problem solving and excellent time management skills.
