Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery of performance reports, monthly P&L and business reporting
• Support data gathering and analysis for functional owners (e.g. Commercial, Pricing, Asset Management) as and when required
• Assist in compilation of business pitches to HQ
• Develop the skills to manage the asset leasing portfolio and liaise between the business and HQ to ensure accurate month end numbers
• Develop the skills to lead a number of business processes to ensure accurate month end numbers
• Analyse the overhead spend each month and ensure the receipting is completed each month
• Assist in the completion of the budget numbers using the online SAP budgeting tool, present numbers for review and assist in the pitch preparation
• Perform ad hoc assignments / projects as requested
• Support Financial Planning, Analysis and Controllership projects

Qualifications / Required Competencies:

• Minimum of 1/2 years academic or on the job experience of Finance/Accounting
• Ability to partner with the business using excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Strategic and highly analytical with strong commercial acumen and a hands-on approach
• Ability to work in a multinational matrix organisation
• Able to work under pressure as a high energy change agent
• Has a ‘can do’ attitude
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to use quantitative analysis to help drive performance improvement and decision making
• Demonstrate unquestionable integrity
