The Company

Based in Central Auckland with easy access to all public transport, this company has multiple subsidiaries and operates in 7 countries across 4 continents. They have a small close knit finance team and require someone to assist with internal process improvement and a system implementation project which requires someone to take ownership of the Accounts Rec function.

The Role

As the Accounts Receivable officer, you will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager. The main responsibilities will include:

• Bank reconciliations
• Allocations
• Billings
• Reporting using excel
• Forecasting and budgeting
• Cash flow
• Ad-hoc duties

Your Profile

You will have experience working as an Accounts Receivable officer previously. You will have strong reconciliations experience and intermediate to advanced excel skills. You will be comfortable working in a sole charge role. High attention to detail is expected as well as the ability to liaise with others within the team. It is a close team environment who work well under tight deadlines and pressure so there are high expectations for this role.

Skills & Experience

• Strong Accounts Receivable background
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Clear communication - written and verbal
• Experience with ERP systems ideal
