Requirements include:
5+ years of accounting experience in the construction industry
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Software proficiencies with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Viewpoint
Duties:
Preparing monthly reports, verifying the accuracy of job costs, reconciliation of multiple ledgers, coordinating collections, following GAAP to report all financial data, developing and maintaining controls for all accounting transactions, supporting the CFO and Controller, and effective management with the chart of accounts.
