They take pride in taking financial data and reading between the lines to deliver a excellent standard of service to clients, they truly get to the crux of what the client is looking to achieve and think outside of the box to get them there, they step back from your traditional Accounting firms processes and provide a well-rounded service. The business is family-centric, their low staff turnover speaks volumes and has been pivotal in their rapid growth over recent years, which has largely stemmed from referrals and acquisition.

The Role:

As a Senior Accountant, you will be looking after a portfolio of clients, the expectations is that you will meet with each client and maintain regular points of contact throughout the year to ensure that you are working collaboratively. The client journey is highly innovative, your role will be analysing financial data and putting together strategic advice to aid your clients growth. With the rate of growth that the business is seeing, the role also creates an excellent pathway to progress upwards, also complemented by their staff reviews, which are carried out every 90 days, to ensure that everyone is on the pathway that they want and feels supported.

About You:
  • 5 years+ experience within Public Accounting
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic individual, with the ability to build and manage relationships
  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Experienced working on complex tax matters
  • Client facing experience highly desirable
