Staffmark's manufacturing client in Corona is seeking an Accounting Clerk in a manufacturing environment.

Hours: 7am-4pm

Accounting Duties:

Receive and apply payments from customers

Deposit incoming checks online

Phone/E-mail customer collections

Send past due notices and statements

Maintain Past due Account Spreadsheet

Process credit card orders

Match Invoices to Purchase Order Receipts

Enter A/P invoices in system

Interface with Purchasing Dept on payable discrepancies

Process weekly check runs

Filing / Sorting

Manage Daily Cash Spreadsheet

Qualifications:
A/P and A/R experience: 2 years minimum
Manufacturing environment experience is a plus.
