Key Responsibilities:
Reports to the Finance Director Global Supply Chain, EM to provide robust and standard financial analysis, decision making support and benchmarking. Will be a member of SITE leadership team and finance business partner to SITE director and team.
Supports SITE manufacturing and finance strategy by working closely with SITE director.
Leads complete finance cycle of the Site including
consolidation for the Pakistan One P&L relevant to Site and collaborate with GSC FP&A team, ICSS, commercial business franchises and Commercial FD/team.
Preparing plan and owning budget (incl rolling forecasts) cycle bringing detail insights of the manufacturing cycle
Accurately close period end books in accordance with relevant framework and stakeholder expectation
Present SITE financials to GSC FD, SITE director and during above country presentations and become point of contact for all SITE related finance area in a comprehensive and concise manner
Lead working capital, inventory and Capex requirements and collaborate with SITE teams to bring efficiencies
Bring innovation and Yield savings in the overall processes
Leads financial angle of various SITE projects
Prepare, present and communicate accurate and reliable risk and opportunities for Site.
Owns ICFW implementation and controls effectiveness of Site
Establish and document WoWs that streamline the financial reporting and analysis and update processes for Manufacturing Site.
Providing Decision Support for value added decision and planning support when needed by the business, taking account of the wider PSC and GSK enterprise context.
Ability to navigate ERP systems and bring efficiencies in Reporting and work life balance.
Leads the following:
Business Partnering in all Intercompany related transactions and review of DPS/Profit release/ POS in GSK Systems and manage its costing in SAP
Maintenance of all standard data in association with Group Supply chain Finance.
Product Costing/Gross Margin Analysis
Detail review of New Products BOMs and changes in existing products BOM(s), standardize BOM
production version in material master & Costing module in SAP
Manage cycle of Product costing in SAP with actual and standard Internal order settlement.
Review own divisional’ products gross margin and preparation of Hardship cases for MOH for low margin
SKUs for prices enhancement.
Support periodic stock/asset checks as the SPOC for West Wharf site.
Support in all internal and external audits and reviews of the site.
Provide appropriate leadership, training, coaching, career development and succession planning.
Comply and ensure compliance to Health, Safety and Environment policies, guidelines and requirements as applicable by law and corporate guidelines.
