Accountants

Job Descriptions:

Manage day to day finance operations and oversee accounting daily operations including communication of issues and opportunities to management.
Establish and implement financial management systems, accounting systems and procedures
Execute month end, quarter and year end closing activities (journal entries, trial balance checking) to ensure timely and accurate closure of accounts in compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
In charge of annual audit schedule to support statutory audit.
Monthly finance review with management, including performance evaluation/variance analysis/budget against forecast/profitability analysis/operating efficiency analysis.
Responsible for annual budget and rolling forecast for the business and ensure submission on timely manner.
Provide recommendations from Local Accounting perspective for new business scenarios
Work closely with related team/external accounting firms to drive business develop and ensure process compliant and efficient
Proficient in the use of the company's financial system, if there is external system docking work, assisting technology to propose suitable business process flows and ideas
Undertake ad-hoc assignment as and when required by the management team.
