Our client, a family owned, and nationally operated and rapidly growing property services business are seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant in Melbourne.

Reporting to the Assistant Finance Manager you will be responsible for supporting Building Managers facilitate finance functions with duties including:
  • Updating and maintaining client invoice spreadsheets
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Generating and distributing monthly debtor invoices
  • Liaising and resolving client account queries and disputes
  • Crediting and re-issuing of invoices as required
  • Accurate processing of contract start up, contract alterations and contract close down forms
  • Assisting the Finance team with the month end process
  • Assisting in the preparation of the monthly Operations P&Ls and supplementary reports

About You
  • Nationally recognised qualifications in Accounting or Finance
  • Have 2-3 years of Commercial Finance experience
  • MYOB EXO system experience would be advantageous
  • Possess Intermediate Excel and MS Office Suite skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
