The Company
Offices are located towards Melbourne's northern suburbs and can be accesses by private or public transport . You also have the option to work from home for part of this assignment. This is a relatively short-term position for around 6 weeks commencing on or close to the middle of June. Note that this position is 3 days per week and hours can flex to suit your commitments.
The Role
This is a quick start, short term opportunity which sits within the core finance team and reports directly to the Finance Manager. It's 3 days per week. Tuesdays are typically in the office with 2 other days at home if you prefer. You will support the wider accounting team and focus predominantly on Accounts Payable tasks initially:
Typical day to day duties will involve:
Whilst this position is short term, it's ideal for those who can start immediately and can commit to working for a fantastic organisation for the next 6 weeks as a minimum (could extend).
Your Profile
You will have a background in Accounting and Finance with a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar position. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:

- Checking and coding all payments
- Handling supplier queries and statement reconciliations
- Credit card reconciliations
- Credit application management

Your Profile
You will have a background in Accounting and Finance with a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar position. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:
- Minimum 1 years Accounts Payable experience
- Comfortable working in Melbourne's northern suburbs a few days a week at least
- Able to start immediately and commit for 6 weeks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to start mid-June if successful
- Comfortable working part time 3 days per week
