Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Specifications:
- Get authorization to make sure legitimacy of invoices received from vendor through Portal or Via Email
- Recording of Payroll and their Benefits Employee Wise using auto Job Creation
- Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information; ensures accuracy
- Prepare and filing at the year 1099 Vendor
Job Specifications:
- Required Experience candidature at least 3 Year
- Extensive knowledge of accounting and accounts payable procedures
- Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping software
- Must have substantial ERP AP system experience, as well as 1099 filing experience
- Motivation to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
- Commitment to ethical behavior with a willingness to adhere to all company policies and current financial legislation
- Process driven with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
