Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Get authorization to make sure legitimacy of invoices received from vendor through Portal or Via Email
  • Recording of Payroll and their Benefits Employee Wise using auto Job Creation
  • Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information; ensures accuracy
  • Prepare and filing at the year 1099 Vendor

Job Specifications:
  • Required Experience candidature at least 3 Year
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting and accounts payable procedures
  • Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping software
  • Must have substantial ERP AP system experience, as well as 1099 filing experience
  • Motivation to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Commitment to ethical behavior with a willingness to adhere to all company policies and current financial legislation
  • Process driven with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
