Senior Executive - Financial Accounting

Purpose of the role:

Support the preparation of financial statements, reconciliations and prepare analysis for the management in coordination with all relevant stakeholders. Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial accounting processes in compliance with corporate, statutory and legal requirements

 Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly financial statements by updating and maintaining the relevant accounting records in accordance with accepted accounting standards Compile management information ensuring the accuracy and compliance with corporate, statutory and legal requirements Ensuring all transactions carried out and reported, meet set accounting standards and practice Ensure accuracy of the company taxation and comply with all regulatory requirements Support in ERP system reconciliation and ensuring system controls are implemented in adherence to the accounting policies Carry out financial analysis to support management decision making where necessary Support in annual audit and other standard financial reporting and compliance requirements as required.

Professional Qualifications and Qualities:

• Degree from a recognised university in Finance/Accounting Finalist or Member of CA/ACCA Previous work experience in a similar role for 2-3 years is mandatory
