The Company:

We are working exclusively with an iconic global organisation located within the CBD surrounds - a location easily accessible by public transport! You will be working closely within a close-knit team environment who are results oriented, collaborative whilst being led by an innovative leader!

Due to recent internal movements, the team are seeking to bring on an experienced Assistant Accountant to join their team!

The Role:

As the Assistant Accountant, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Managing local trade creditor & debtor accounts
• Code and enter invoices into Xero
• Bank reconciliations
• Managing invoice process
• Weekly cash flow forecasts to Finance Departments
• Prepare monthly statements
• Monthly adjustment journals
• Proactive liaison with company and its entities on Accounts Payable & Receivable issues
• Assisting with month end journals and adhoc tasks as required

Your Profile:

You will be a motivated individual with the ability to work autonomously and have effective time management as well as problem solving skills. You will be conscientious in your wok with a strong focus on attention to detail and be effective in managing relationships with stakeholders.
