A well-established property company in Sandton is looking for a Municipal Assistant Manager to join their team.
Some duties include: Monthly Reporting, Land valuation, Monthly Body Corporate liability control and Preparing land rate payments.
Requirements:
· Accounting Degree
· Valid Drivers License
· 5 years+ working with municipalities is essential
