Accounts Executive

The Job: 1 x Accounts Executive (AP/AR)

Responsible for General Accounting.
Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable for the group of companies.
Maintain ledgers, verify, and record payable transactions.
Process payments in compliance with finance policies and procedures.
Prepare inter-company billings.
Perform day to day verification / recording of sales data.
Maintain receivable records to ensure ageing is up to date
Reconcile payable / receivable ledgers to ensure all billings & payments / sales & receipts are accounted for and properly posted.
Prepare analysis in relation to accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform administrative, finance works and general accounting tasks assigned by the superior.

1 x Accounts Executive (GL)

Reviewing the intercompany balances, preparing the reconciliations, justification of related companies billing and disclosures.
Updating the audit schedules for fixed assets, AP &AR, directors accounts, accruals, prepayment and etc.
Preparing month end journal entries to be captured into Finance System. Co-ordinate with Transaction team in reconciliation and data upkeeping.
Perform reasonableness test and analysis of the financial statements for the month (Gross Profit Margin, Comparison against previous months, etc). Preparation of Management Report Worksheet, that includes Financial Statements Presentation, Balance Sheet Schedules, and various Sub-Schedules to be submitted for management's review.
Preparing forex workings and journal entries to be captured into Finance's System.
Involve in Annual Audit preparation and co-ordinate with external auditors and tax agents to ensure audit and annual corporate tax filings are completed in timely manner.
Supporting the various ad-hoc Finance projects/assignments.
