About the Firm:
My client is a well known Mid Tier with a structured audit team based in Auckland Central who are looking to add to their team. They are looking for an Audit Manager who will fit into their social yet professional team.

Their staff have commented that there are significantly less hours in this firm compared to their previous experience. Work life balance with audit? Yes it's possible! They are happy to train, develop and mentor staff in order for them to progress internally.

The role itself will be a mix of the end to end audit process: planning, budgets, onsite testing, workflow, coaching, training, reviewing work, project management, leading multiple engagements, client facing work and pitching for tenders

You will have:

• Completed a Bachelor of Commerce/Master of Professional Accounting or equivalent
• Your CA qualification or equivalent
• At least 4 years experience within EXTERNAL AUDIT
• Experience with Caseware would be advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
• Proven experience with leading engagements & managing staff
