Requirements:

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience of international Data Privacy and Information Governance laws (including the GDPR) and relevant regulation
• Sound knowledge of Australian Data Privacy laws, relevant data protection or privacy certification will be preferred
• Good understanding of Privacy-by-Design principles and experience assessing / reviewing data breach events
• Proven experience in internal audit or assurance, preferably with an ADI or regulated industry
• Internationally recognised auditing or equivalent professional qualification
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to assist in distilling complex concepts and data into a form that is easily communicated and understood
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Strong analytical capability, with close attention to detail​
• Team player and proven ability to collaborate and achieve effective outcomes​
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Risk Mindset
• Experience working with large datasets, reporting dashboards, and proficiency in Excel (pivots, VLookups), PowerPoint and Alteryx will be preferred.
