Key leadership role - Ensure accurate revenue reporting - Implement processes & procedures - Senior Stakeholder Relationship
About the role As the APAC Regional Manager for Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for managing the organisations billing, allocations & credit function. This role will be centered around key senior stakeholder relationships, and you will lead and manage a large team of 10, providing mentorship and development.

Key responsibilities Reporting to the Head of Shared Services, you will be responsible for billings, monthly revenue reporting, system integrity, debt collection and people management. Other duties include (but not limited to):
  • Implement and review regular audits of billing accuracy
  • Monthly revenue reporting
  • Reconciling items on the balance sheet
  • On time debt collection
  • Customer service - internally and externally
  • Process and continuous improvement
  • Ad hoc projects
The successful applicant You will have had experience in a similar role in a high volume, fast paced environment. Experience in a large corporate environment is essential. You will have experience with people management and be comfortable with a "hands on" approach. You will have excellent communication skills and proven experience with process improvement initiatives along with a proven model of senior stakeholder relationships.
