A permanent role in a global business services company. Leading the implementation of a SOX Program in the UK Region.
Client Details
A global facilities management company with plans for continued growth.
Description
- Implement the Groups defined SOX program in the UK region.
- Support and on both internal and external audits within the UK region.
- Take the lead on implementing SOX for the UK region of group.
- Look for opportunities to automate controls to reduce impact on the organisation.
- Manage and run a UK specific governance and compliance calendar.
- highlight status of key actions required against calendar
- Ensure any new legislation requirements are added and necessary action is taken.
- Regularly review SOX Processes and undertake regular audits of controls.
Profile
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified accountant.
- Experience of SOX governance ideally in a implementation role.
- Previous experience of change management.
- Understanding of COSCO framework.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders.
