Collections Specialist / Permanent / Up to £32,000 / Based around Canary Wharf / Hybrid Working

Your new role
The role will include collection of outstanding debt, invoicing, including resolving client queries relating to their invoices or accounts. Duties will also include billing of invoices, account reconciliation and some debtor reporting. You will primarily focus on collections work whilst also becoming an expert in query resolution and account reconciliations.
What you'll need to succeed
Good excel skills are essential for success in this role and experience on SAP accounting software is a bonus. You will need 2 years of collections/ credit control experience minimum but more experience in similar roles will be beneficial. You must have strong communication skills as well as the ability to work cohesively as part of a team. Flexibility and good organisational skills are also a bonus.
