The candidate will be part of the Audit & Assurance practice of the firm in Mumbai. Key responsibilities would involve:
1. Experience should be in statutory audit, IFRS, US GAAP, Compliance 2. Working knowledge and experience of serving SEC listed clients in US (foreign private issuers or domestic registrants) 3. Able to do Client facing role and should have good project management skills 4. Delivery and management of Audit engagements in line with the methodologies and documentation tools 5. Adhering to Quality standards 6. Should be capable of end to end Audit assignments. Handle the client assignments across the whole spectrum. 7. Actively seeking to market the firm and convert/develop new business through existing and new relationships. 8. Develop strong execution team and optimize team cost 9. Conducting timely performance reviews & providing ongoing performance feedback/training.
