Job Description:
We are looking for a result-driven customer refund Assistant Manager to ensure the accurately processing customers all kinds of refunds. The customer refund Assistant Manager supervises the refund department and works closely with team to ensure that refund deadlines are met and reduction in customer refund complaints.
To be successful as a customer refund senior executive, you should possess strong accounting and excel with reporting skills and ensure the accuracy of the various system recon process.
Customer Refund
Responsibilities:
. Preparing of various system recon related to customer refund
. Verification all kind of manual customer refund
. Manage customer complaint communication
. Implementing deadlines for failed refund management.
. Monitoring the daily refund performance and preparing action plan for failed refund.
. Preparing weekly / monthly feedback reports on refund performance.
Skillsets
. A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
. At least 5 years of experience as accounts receivable Assistant Manager
. The ability to work accurately and independently.
. Experience with accounting software such as SAP and General Ledger and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
. Good verbal and written communication skills.
. An eye for detail along with excellent analytical skills.
. Excellent report preparation skills.
. Strong time and people management skills.
