Responsibilities:
The candidate will be part of the Audit & Assurance practice of the firm in Mumbai. Key responsibilities would involve:
• Delivery and management of Audit engagements in line with the BDO's methodologies and documentation tools
• Adhering to Quality standards
• Performing 'Engagement and Signing Partner' role on engagements
• Overall ownership of planning, execution and completion of engagements along with commercial negotiations and settlement of fees
• Liaising with counterparts within the BDO network on referral clients
• Actively seeking to market the firm and convert/develop new business through existing and new relationships. Facilitate cross selling within your network to foster other practices within the firm
• Develop strong execution team and optimize team cost
• Conducting timely performance reviews & providing ongoing performance feedback/training.

• Handling multiple assignments
