As part of our continued success, OpenArch are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Finance department.

In brief, you will take complete ownership of the purchase ledger function for the company, processing invoices, ensuring supplier payments are made in accordance with their credit terms and resolve supplier and utility companies queries. over the phone and processing. In addition, you will assist with month and year end tasks and support the Finance Manager and Assistant Management Accountant as required.

Other aspects (not exhaustive) of the role will be to:

Ensure all credit card expenditure receipts are received, signed off and posted

Reconcile credit card ledger to the credit card statement

Reconcile supplier ledgers to supplier statements
