About the role:

Responsible for the mass operations of accounts receivable for Samsara customers in the UK and Europe. Uses technology to help automate processes so as volume scales, the team can focus on the outliers to the process. Owns cash applications, invoice & adjustments teams, and partners with the collections, sales, customer success, and support teams to create a great customer experience. Is effective with communicating with customers, both internal and external. Works collaboratively with a variety of functions to make the most efficient, streamlined processes without sacrificing quality of the customer experience. Is a great people leader and motivates the team through clear OKR and KPIs.

In this role, you will:

    Daily review, processing, and investigation of unapplied paymentsCompletion of vendor ACH requests and liaison for customer payment set up requirements (verifying bank details, etc)Completing any manual payments in accordance with SOX procedures. Answering customer queries on payments, application of payments, and issues with paymentsEnsuring customer invoices are accurate and for all customersEnrolling global customers into pilot programs to improve invoicing experienceAnswering internal and external questions on invoicing, adjustment transactions, and statements Identify and correct system errors causing invoices to fail to automatically send and work with systems teams to correctUpload invoices to portals when requiredProject work to improve the overall invoicing processChampion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Obsess Over the Customer, Build for the Long Term, Growth Mindset) as we scale globally and across new offices

Minimum requirements for the role:

    Bachelor's degreeKnowledge of invoicing requirements in UK/EMEA markets (VAT, etc)Experience working with FX currencies 2+ years in Accounts Receivable, preferably in an invoicing/billing or cash application specific roleProficient in ExcelAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
