I am currently recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Manager to join an established and growing business in Wrexham. Reporting to the owners you will manage all aspects of day to day finance operations, payroll and general office management in this newly-created role.Duties will include:* Overseeing financial health of company* Maintaining day to day Financial Records/bookkeeping* Bank Reconciliations* Managing accounts payable and receivable* Credit Control* Invoicing deliveries and paying vendors for their goods and services* Managing profit and loss statements and balance sheets* Paying regular bills for the company* Tax returns* Working on maintaining and improving profitability with Head office team* Preparing financial statements for review & in the format required by the companies external accountants* Maintaining office supplies by keeping an inventory and ordering new supplies as needed* Preparing purchase orders in accordance with requests for materials* Recording cash receipts and handling bank deposits* Maintaining petty cash* Preparing information for auditors* Running Pay Roll* General office Admin* Manage and record staff holidays, absences & any other leave. Refer any inconsistencies or concerns to head office.* Manager of Health & Safety Compliance & maintenance of Health & safety standards.* Manager of ensuring the workplace is in line with Insurance compliance. Qualifications & Experience:* AAT or equivalent bookkeeping qualification/QBE* Strong Office/Excel skills* Demonstrable experience in a previous role* Strong communicator* Good general office experience and willingness to support ad-hoc across the businessDJ/0293 Accounts & Office ManagerWrexham£25-30k
