FINTEC recruit is excited to present this opportunity of Bookkeeper /Accountant for our leisure agency client based in Dunfermline. This role offers flexible home/office working arrangements and the option to work 32 to 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing customer receivals, reminders and refunds.
- Managing supplier and bank payments.
- Tending to asset and memo journals.
- General administration and office related work.
- Dealing with arising questions and issues (with the help from Dutch office).
Skills and experience required for this role:
- Ability and desire to work in an international environment (with colleagues from the Netherlands, France, etc.)
- VAT, and other TAX knowledge is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of UK GAAP.
- Good computing skills (Word processing and Excel).
- Good general knowledge of financial system i.e AccountView.
- High attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
