- Review and post Data recurring invoices
- Post daily cash payments
- Apply customer cash receipts, research customer inquiries/questions and cash application reporting
- Resolve customer discrepancies
- Email and mail customer invoices and credit card receipt
- Reconcile bank deposits and credit card accounts weekly and before month end close
- Assist with collections via email and phone
- Assist with accounting department responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' recent accounting experience
- Ability to interact with customers
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly intermediate MS Excel skills
