Well established, national law firm, our client is a well-known and forward-thinking firm that is seeking an entry-level Accounts Payable Clerk to join the accounts team in Newcastle.
The role:
The client is looking for an entry level candidate who is perhaps looking to break into an accounts role. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Assist with the entry and payment of invoices
- Reconcile supplier accounts
- Liaise with internal and external clients
- Provide everyday support to the AP team
- Salary: $55,000 including superannuation
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
- Location: Newcastle - flexibility available
The firm is open to current uni students or graduates, as well as perhaps someone who wants to move into an accounts role. We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in an administrative support role in a professional environment (e.g. Office Administrator, Data Entry, Reception)
- Great attention to detail
- Strong numeric reasoning and communication skills are essential for you to excel in this role
