Role Overview
Reporting to the National Accounts Payable Manager, this Accounts Payable Team Leader will be responsible for the leadership, management and development of their Accounts Payable team, a team of 7.
Working closely with the AP Manager, this AP Team Leader will be responsible for the accurate, timely and efficient management of the National Accounts Payable function as well as providing strong leadership and support to the 7 Accounts Payable staff.

You are a hands on leader who can work in a combined role of staff leadership and end to end payable processing.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the AP Manager with the leadership of an accounts payable team of 7
- Accurate and timely data entry relating to invoice processing
- Suppluer follow up including matching, batching and coding
- Final review of payments and working within cashflow
- Manual payment processing
- Monthly reporting
- Support internal projects including new system implementations
