Description

The Accounts Receivable Assistant role is a temporary to Permanent role and will be offices based in Stockport. Reporting to the Financial Controller- Key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure all invoices are raised for all sales channels
• Sending customers remittances and updated statements
• Credit Control of customer accounts including managing customer credit limits in line with company policy. Proactively reduce the level of aged debt and highlight accounts that require escalation
• Manage dunning process
• Reconciliation of banks
• Key contact and resolution point for customer enquiries.
• Manage and work within multiple shared mailboxes ensuring all emails are dealt with and responded to within a reasonable time
• The ability to spot errors and discrepancies
• Adhoc duties for the Finance Team as and when required

Profile

In order to apply for the role you must:

Have previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control

Be confident on Excel- ideally to v look up and pivot table level

Be able to consider a temp to perm role

Be able commute to Stockport office
