You will be a member of the team that drives well-controlled and vigilant IT and Operational risk environment for the Chief Technology & Operations Officer (CTOO) Organization.

As a member of the IT Risk & Controls team's for the Risk & Compliance functions you will provide leadership for the following functions:

(1)Provide oversight and support to the Functional Risk Control Officers (FRCOs) in the Risk & Compliance IT functions for management of regulatory commitments, risk, controls, issues, and vulnerabilities in the IT environments they support (2) Lead or participate in division risk & compliance programs (3) Provide governance, oversight and reporting to the Head of IT Risk & Compliance. (5) Partner with the IT teams on audit and regulatory reviews. (4) Foster a risk and control culture through communication and training.

This role will be at Vice President level. The successful candidate needs to be proactive, engaged, responsive, and be able to think creatively. You will play a fundamental role in deepening and driving positive change to our department's risk-based culture

Your future colleagues

You will work in the Central Risk & Compliance team of the Corporate Risk & Compliance IT functions as an adaptable and agile team-player with other senior subject matter experts. Based on the programs you manage you may also supervise a team on analysts. In addition, you will work closely with and be a key influencer and supporter of the Functional Risk Control Officers in the different Technology groups of the Risk and the Compliance IT functions.

The majority of the Central Risk & Controls team members are based in Zurich, with the others located globally in UK, NY, Poland and the APAC region.

Your skills and experience The successful candidate must have high integrity, excellent organizational, project management and multi-tasking skills with proven ability to manage expectations and deliver results.

The following are key skills you should possess:
    Strong relevant experience covering one or more of the following: Business Management of an IT function, IT Risk Management, IT Audit, or Compliance.Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math, or related field or equivalent work experience.Experience in reviewing regulatory, audit, and control findings, articulate responses, and putting forth challenges.Experience in driving a risk-based culture through training, education and in challenging any observed behaviors not within risk appetite.Experience in coordination, project management, and reporting for large scale global programs.High performer with high integrity, self-discipline and ability to work with limited supervision and make independent decisions with a track record of leading by influence.Significant experience in stakeholder management, including auditors, compliance, IT teams, risk and controls teams, and senior management.Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
