About the team
This market leading Listed and Inbound ("L&I") Corporate Tax Disputes Team currently consists of 20 tax dispute specialists, specialising in corporate tax. We act for large and high profile clients across all sectors.

Our experienced team provides clients with a full tax disputes service, from considering clients' tax governance and processes and proactive engagement with HMRC, to assisting with complex tax enquiries, including HRCP and the PDCF, negotiating matters with HMRC and reaching settlements of these. You will be encouraged to work on and take ownership of projects, interacting directly with clients and exploring business issues and potential needs. You will work to Senior Managers, Directors and Partners, providing advice on potential options available to clients. In addition, you will be expected to become involved in business development activities with a view to winning new projects and assignments.
