Your field of responsibility
Your responsibilities include:
. Operations and Maintenance majoring in Incident and Change-management for Bank internal mail ecosystem
. Project support activities targeted for platform modernization and transformation as Microsoft 365 cloud adoption
. Proactive end-user and product support on L2/L3 level, including cooperation with system suppliers (e.g. Microsoft, Symantec)
. Platform lifecycle management to assure that is fully up to date, with particular focus on security, access management, patching, continuity management and system optimization
. Provide all internal clients with a dedicated, positive and efficient service at all times
. Adhere to process and procedures to maintain quality and professionalism
Your future colleagues
The successful candidate, as a member of Global Unified Messaging team will be part of daily Operations and Maintenance activities primarily with mail ecosystem, which is primarily built of MS Exchange, Antivirus environment, Data Loss Prevention, Journaling or Performance Monitoring solutions. As part of ITIL based organization, will be part of incident management (troubleshooting) and change execution as upgrades, upgrades or any other configuration changes. Will also have opportunity to participate with ongoing, cross-domain, large scale, and transformation projects heading towards Microsoft 365 suite adoption.

Your skills and experience
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Higher Education degree in IT, Computer Science or Telecommunications is essential
Overall 8+ years of experience in a similar role
Expertise in Exchange administration, with minimum 3-5 years on L2/L3 levels in a large environment
Proven-understanding of the roles and capabilities of MS Exchange solution
Proficiency in operation of mail infrastructure in an enterprise global environment
Know-how of mail integration capabilities with external environment
PowerShell script development as a very strong asset
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 knowledge (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams) will be a strong advantage
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
You should have a contagious enthusiasm fueled by a desire to be outstanding. Client focused and biased in pursuit of goals and objectives with understanding of IT risk and change control management for the system supported in the Bank
Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
Nice to have:
Knowledge of scripting tools, automation and APIs would be a benefit
ITIL v3 Foundation (or later) would be an advantage
IT certificates (Microsoft, ITIL)
