- Ensure company accounting records are correctly recorded
- Ensure monthly reporting timeously and accurately completed
- Ensure accurate Annual Financial Statements are prepared
- Oversee annual audit
- Cash flow management and reporting
- Internal controls and related systems are in place
- Ensure debtors are correctly and timeously billed and collected
- Oversee and ensure inventory/stock is adequately controlled
- Ensure accounting staff are led and managed correctly
- Creditors are correctly recorded and paid
- Annual budgets correctly and timeously prepared
- Maintain Master Contact Schedule
- Work closely with and advise the Directors/Executive/Branch Managers of financial implications of company decisions
- Advise/give input to Board/shareholders of company finances/operations
- Work with Branch Managers and Group Executives regarding improving business performance

- Position reports to CEO/Directors
- Have a minimum Accounting Honours Degree or be a C.A. (SA)
- Have a minimum 5 years experience in a similar Financial Management position
- Must be able to work independently as well as integrate into and work with the Company Leadership Executive Team and National Branch Managers.
