Education & Experience:
Role Summary:
- Manage assigned countries P&L through delivery of various key remuneration surveys and other key products in assigned countries in Africa.
Manage internal projects and assigned industry forums.
- Design and execute country strategies to grow revenue through delivery of various products, including remuneration surveys, benchmarking, bespoke projects and other proprietary products. Manage assigned country remuneration surveys by collaborating with direct team members and various offsite teams in India and Poland.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute marketing strategy aligned with Mercer's overall strategy and country growth strategy
- Canvassing new clients and management of existing clients
- Acts as survey project manager to ensure survey is deliver within time and within desired quality
- Conducts compensation and benefits analysis to create client benchmarking reports. Present reports to clients' executive and non-executive stakeholders with high level recommendations
- Uses Mercer's proprietary tools and public filings to gather trends for pay practices and policies.
- Acts as coach for more junior employees
- Acts as local country champion for 1 or 2 of company's products
- Keep abreast of compensation and benefits trends of assigned countries, global remuneration and key HR trend
