The RoleWith hybrid working available, we are working with a not-for-profit organisation to find a finance coordinator, focused around sales ledger, credit control and being the main point of contact for internal stakeholders. Strong accounts assistants or finance administrators may be good for this role. Key duties include:-- Sales ledger-- Credit control-- Bank reconciliations-- New supplier accounts-- Potential to work with the finance manager on month end proceduresThe OrganisationThis organisation has three finance coordinators in total, reporting to a finance manager and with a staff of around 50. They are classed as a not for profit and are centrally based in Newcastle, and offer hybrid working. This could be a great position for someone to have a secure, long term job as part of a friendly team - they do not see a great deal of staff turnover.The PersonSome key skills this finance coordinator will possess are:-- AAT qualified or above, or equivalent experience-- Good working knowledge of Excel-- Use of financial management systems-- A really good communicator and mentor-- Able to work holistically and cover other members of the team where needed-- A good 'hands dirty' attitude and willingness to muck in.Other Features
