You will collaborate with peers on the senior leadership team with differing expertise (e.g. Legal Entity Coverage, Data, Risk stripe SMEsl) to develop broad insightful perspectives with depth. This role demands trusted relationships with senior business partners, External Audit and Regulators, where you will use your independence and influencing skills to support the improvement of the Bank's risk and control environment. As part of the team, you will manage and be responsible to build a high-performing global team by coaching and mentoring and increasing subject matter knowledge in your field.

Your skills and experience The HoA audit will be member of the senior IA management managing risks, team and internal and external stakeholders. As such, the HoA will be tasked with:

    Own a portfolio (typically a global business, SME matter topic or legal entity) and all associated risks.Manage continuous risk monitoring to update risk assessments.Develop a plan of how to help and influence internal business partners and supervise the audit plan delivery.Ensure that written and verbal messages are of high quality to provide impactful insight to the BoD and ExB.Participate in development of department wide initiatives and be key part in the rollout.Manage and develop team by identifying and developing talent and build a pipeline of potential successors.Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
