A well-established Financial Planning firm, who pride themselves on tailored, specialist Financial Advice is continuing to grow despite the current climate. They have a strong client following and have a large amount of FUM for a smaller business and they are now looking to bolster their advising team.

Provide Financial Advice across a diverse range of case types including Pensions, Investments, Protection, IHT, Tax & retirement planning. They also have an investment management offering, so this role will be varied and would suit someone who is really looking to utilise their technical knowledge and relationship management skills within an independent firm.

Being a smaller firm focussed on teamwork and positive working culture, there is a good benefits package on offer and a friendly, collaborative working environment to achieve the best results. You will also have the benefit of paraplanning and administrative support to leave you to spend your time advising.

For the advisor coming in, there is a book of existing clients available which will be allocated to you and the focus will be around nurturing this book as well as picking up on business development opportunities as and when they arise.

The Required Skills:

• Level 4 Diploma Qualified as a minimum and signed off with Competent Adviser Status (CAS).
• Track record of converting leads and generating lasting relationships with both introducers and clientele.
• Strong technical knowledge around pensions and Investments.
• Knowledge and understanding of cash-flow modeling would be advantageous.
