My client in the services industry is looking to hire an account manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for actioning the strategic goals of the organization and delivering a premium class service to our customers and future clients.
*Duties & Responsibilities:*
* Head customer expectations and needs
* Working with finance on financials queries which have been escalated
* Aiding Business Consultants and other connect Departments on matters escalated
* Training clients on escalation process
* Developing business growth opportunities by actioning strategic goals
* Feedback and acknowledging of email within 24 hours and resolution withing 48 hours
* Conducting monthly visits of current months tiers
* Managing and actioning on going promotions or campaigns strategic decisions throughout customer base
* Ensuring settlement processes are understood and clients are trained on instant access
* Managing customer portfolio
* Maintaining an accurate customer database and call cycle
* Aiding business consultants and other departments on matters escalated
* Conducting monthly visits of current months tiers
* Renewal negotiations to begin at 12 months remaining on the current contract

*Experience & Education *
* *
* Customer service qualification
* Matric
* +3 years' experience in sales and as an account manager
* South Africans driver's license and own vehicle
