Our client is an instantly recognisable local employer that, due to continued expansion is looking to hire an experienced Bookkeeper, who has experience in Purchase & Sales Ledger, Bank Reconciliation & Credit Control

Working closely with the Finance team, this position is a vital role for the team and the successful candidate will play an essential part in maintaining the efficient day-to-day operations of the organisation.

To be successful in this post, you'll need to have previous experience in a similar role, specifically where you have been responsible for Purchase & Sales ledger invoice processing, liaising with suppliers, supplier statement & bank reconciliation. This is a varied position, and the ideal candidate will be involved with supporting the finance manager with the full finance function - full training will be given in required areas

Essential Experience:

• Purchase & Sales Ledger Invoice Processing
• Processing BACS payments
• Credit Control
• Assisting with Weekly & Monthly Payroll
• Monthly Bank Reconciliation
• Journal Maintenance
• Preparing Cashflow forecast
• Month end reporting
